OOTB is a movement focused on celebrating individuality and breaking free from stereotypes. LGBTQ+ individuals are frequently portrayed through stereotypical lenses. To outsiders, these depictions can create the impression that LGBTQ+ people are hypersexual, flamboyant, or solely defined by trauma. Such portrayals often perpetuate misunderstandings and deepen the stigmatization of the community.

 

Misinformation and misconceptions continue to obstruct true understanding and acceptance of LGBTQ+ individuals. Merely recognizing the diversity within the community is not enough; we must take deliberate steps to transform how the world perceives us.
